Edits go into a shared draft. Fields check themselves as you type: red must be fixed, amber is a big change to double-check. Review lists every changed field and how the sample builds’ customer ranges move. Publish makes the draft live as a new version; any version can be compared or restored below.

Spec-sheet sizes drive bay width, level height, and the drawing. Weight feeds the tipping check. New printers start blank and unverified: builds using them go to engineering review until the project engineer fills in the spec sheet and ticks Verified. Cutter and applicator port decide what ForceFold and the count display can use. Printers already published can’t be removed here, so old quotes keep working.
